HRMex is developed by CloudMex Technologies in Vapi, Gujarat - in the heart of one of India's densest manufacturing belts. Every feature exists because a real plant asked for it.

Our story

Why we built HRMex

CloudMex Technologies started by solving one problem: manufacturing plants in Vapi, Daman, and Silvassa were running attendance, payroll, and visitor logs on registers, spreadsheets, and disconnected biometric devices. HR teams spent days each month reconciling data instead of managing people.

HRMex was built specifically for that reality - multi-shift attendance, statutory payroll compliance, canteen and visitor management, and shop-floor displays that work even with unreliable connectivity and high employee turnover. As word spread through Gujarat's industrial belt, HRMex grew from a handful of textile and chemical plants to 200+ organizations, including a multinational deployment in Uganda.

We are still headquartered where it started - Vapi, Gujarat - close to the plants we serve, because that proximity is what keeps HRMex practical instead of theoretical.

CloudMex Technologies builds the first version of HRMex to digitize attendance and payroll for a local manufacturing unit in Vapi - replacing registers and manual reconciliation.

Expanding across the industrial belt

Word spreads through Vapi, Daman, Silvassa, and Sarigam. HRMex adds ESS, canteen management, and visitor management as textile, chemical, and engineering plants sign on.

Serving multi-unit groups

Groups like KLJ Group and Hindustan Motor Mfg Group bring multiple factories onto a single HRMex account, driving multi-location and multi-company reporting features.

Going international

Sugar Corporation of Uganda Limited deploys HRMex across its Lugazi operations, proving the platform at scale outside India.

HRMex now manages attendance, payroll, and workforce operations for over 200 organizations and 50,000+ employees, with a live in-browser demo for anyone to try before they buy.
